Can Personal Training  – Lesson Content

Our personal training lessons include private lessons for a variety of purposes. These lessons are not only for people who want to gain muscle mass or reduce their body fat percentage, but also for people who suffer from various diseases and want to improve their physical and physiological capacity. Our lessons range from basic mat exercises to sport-specific workouts. 

Lesson Objectives and Benefits

We set performance goals based on scientific norms that are specific to each client. These norms differ depending on your age and gender, and the first goal is to meet standard expectations. The standard values represent the average physical and physiological capacity of the general population. Our trainers perform physical and physiological tests to ensure that your performance is at its peak. These tests are administered at the end of every 12 lessons.

Who can sign up for our personal training lessons?

As the lesson content is tailored specifically to you, it is appropriate for participants of all ages and fitness levels.

Intervals and duration of the lesson

Our personal training lessons are 60 minutes long. Your schedule dictates the location, time, and number of lessons. However, to get the most out of your workouts, we recommend taking three lessons per week.
